I’m a yoga teacher, lifelong student, and guide dedicated to helping people build a safe, sustainable, and meaningful yoga practice.
For me, yoga is not just about physical postures. It is a method of understanding the body, calming the mind, and cultivating awareness that carries into daily life. My approach is rooted in clarity, patience, and respect for individual bodies.
About Yoga by Arvind
My Journey
My journey with yoga began as a personal exploration. Like many, I first stepped onto the mat seeking strength, mobility, and relief from daily stress. Through consistent practice and study, yoga gradually revealed a deeper dimension one of discipline, self-inquiry, and inner balance.
This personal transformation inspired me to pursue formal education in yoga and eventually dedicate myself fully to teaching. Over the years, my path has been shaped by both traditional yogic principles and modern understanding of movement and anatomy.

My Teaching Philosophy
I teach yoga as a progressive and intelligent practice.
Every body is different. Because of this, I encourage students to listen inward rather than chase external shapes. The focus is on awareness over performance, and stability over force.
My classes emphasize:
• Clear and precise verbal cues
• Thoughtful sequencing
• Breath awareness
• Gradual strength and mobility development
• Respect for individual limitations and capacity
This approach allows beginners to feel safe and supported, while experienced practitioners refine control, balance, and awareness.

What I Offer
I teach:
• Online group classes with structured progression
• Private one-on-one sessions for personalized guidance
• Workshops focused on alignment, breathwork, and yogic principles
Online classes are conducted live and supported with recordings. Private sessions are tailored to individual goals, whether that is building strength, improving alignment, working with injuries, or deepening personal practice.
Workshops provide space for deeper exploration and understanding beyond regular classes.

An Invitation
Yoga is not a performance. It is a practice of presence.
If you are seeking a steady, mindful, and honest approach to yoga, one that meets you where you are and supports long-term growth, you are warmly invited to join and begin.
